What makes you a good mentor?

I strongly believe in mentoring because it is part of bringing one’s life to a full circle. I have had great mentors in my life whose guidance helped to shape who I am today. While I continue to benefit from my mentors, I also see great value in mentoring others who may benefit from my experience to shape their lives. Mentoring is about sharing. I like to share my experience with others, learn from their lives, and continue to improve as a person.
