What makes you a good mentor?
As a young professional, I believe I can relate to students and recent graduates, specifically on the transition from university to the workplace. I've benefited greatly from the guidance and perspective of mentors in both my personal and professional life, and I look forward to passing on some of that knowledge and insight to others.
About Rajan Shrichand
Rajan earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Carleton University in 2014. An experienced industry professional, Rajan has previously worked for Podium Projects Inc. where he provided Project Management Support Services to the City of Ottawa’s Rail Construction Program on the Confederation Line Stage 1 and the Trillium Line Stage 2 LRT projects. Rajan now works as a Project Manager with the GBA Group working with The Ottawa Hospital on the New Civic Campus Development.
In his free time, Rajan enjoys trying new foods, playing and watching sports, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
