What makes you a good mentor?

I know how important it is to have a mentor that can provide you with support and solid career advice. I was lucky enough to have a fantastic mentor when I started out my career and her support over the years still guides me in my current position. I enjoy sharing the lessons I've learned along my career path with someone starting out their career. I believe that mentors have a lot to learn from mentees and vice versa, it's a two-way relationship and it's a win-win situation!
