About Chris Nicol
Chris is a mechanical engineer working in the space and satellite industry. Chris graduated with a B.Eng. from Carleton in 2011 in Aerospace Engineering, Space Systems Design stream and later with a M.A.Sc. from Carleton in 2013. During his time at Carleton, Chris worked on projects with the Canadian Space Agency and the European Space Agency including mechanical design and integration of rovers, autonomous mission guidance, and terrain assessment and traction control. Chris works in the space and aerospace industry specializing in thermal analysis and design of thermal control systems, and has worked for Telecan Space, Raytheon, and (currently) Astranis.
