I am passionate about mentoring because I can help others learn from my life experience and others life experiences where I have learned from. I have had and currently have mentors that Steven has attained over his career the highly respected CCIM designation along with the CPM and RPA designations. have a very positive effect on my life and career. I would like to pass on these positive and help other younger people learn how to create their own path to success.
About Steven Hughes
Steven started his career in commercial real estate in 1990 with the Edgecombe Group in Toronto, Ontario overseeing the property management and lease renewals for a portfolio of office and flex/industrial properties. Steven moved to Tampa, Florida to expand on his career and had the opportunity to work for Highwood’s Properties, Gaedeke Landers and Colonial Properties Trust, as Vice President, Property Operations responsible for Class A office portfolio. Steven returned to Toronto area as a General Manager, with Bentall, then with Colliers International and is currently Vice President, Operations with Calloway REIT. Current responsibilities are for the performance of a portfolio consisting of over 27 Million square feet of retail across Canada with a current valuation over $7 Billion.
Steven has attained over his career the highly respected CCIM designation along with the CPM and RPA designations.Steve attended Carleton University with a focus on Urban Development and Physical Geography.
