What makes you a good mentor?
Mentoring gives me the opportunity to offer advice and the benefit of my experience to those entering the work force who are interested in pursuing a career similar to mine. At the same time, it gives me the opportunity to see my experiences as well as other possibilities for those in my field through fresh eyes and learn from my mentee.
