What makes you a good mentor?
I was fortunate to have had solid mentors throughout my school years and continue to rely on them today for advice. I wouldn't have been able to get to where I am today without the help of people from various industries and professions offering me their ear, whether formally or not. As an alumnus of Carleton, I relish the opportunity to pay that forward.
