About Dayna Peloquin
Dayna Peloquin, P.Eng, is a structural engineer with over 7 years of cumulative relevant infrastructure experience obtaining her degree from Carleton University in 2013 and ultimately finding a home with WSP in 2017. She obtained her P.Eng. designation in the province of Ontario in 2019. The breadth of Dayna’s experience includes projects in public and private facilities ranging from new construction, renovations, additions, restoration and adaptive reuse. Her design versatility includes conventional materials as well as evaluating unique structural assemblies. She has developed experience in modest traditional contract delivery (design-bid-build) as well as enormous alternative delivery methods (design-build, construction management and P3). She prefers projects which focus which focus on bringing communities together; schools, daycares, and community/recreation centres.
Dayna’s passion for social justice, environmentally responsible and inclusivity shapes her approach to her career. Outside of work, Dayna can be found tending to the plants in her home or cycling, hiking, and camping in the great outdoors.
