What makes you a good mentor?
During my time at Carleton I played for Ravens Football and would like to take this opportunity to give back to the team by mentoring a current student-athlete. I can assist mentees in their job search process as I have been in the executive search and recruitment business for the past 25 years. My expertise will add value in helping mentees prepare resumes and in job search strategies.
