REGISTRATION: Volunteer at EngFrosh 2025

As summer ends, EngFrosh begins. This September, with the help of dedicated volunteers, EngFrosh will once again kick off to welcome first year students to Carleton University and the Mackenzie quad!

For over 25 years, participants and volunteers have taken part in this fall orientation program that serves as a launching point for new undergraduate students entering the Faculty of Engineering and Design (FED). Whether your fondest EngFrosh memories are from your first year or your fifth, we know that they stay with you forever.

The Engineering Alumni Chapter of the Carleton University Alumni Association will be supporting a few fan-favourite EngFrosh events again this year. To make sure everything runs smoothly, we are seeking alumni volunteers for two events.

Details of the opportunities available are as follows (you may express interest in more than one):

• MarketScott – Stream Lunch +Wellness Tent
  Saturday, September 6 (lunchtime)
  We are looking for volunteers from every stream to help run the Wellness Tent, distribute food and drinks, mingle with the teams and make connections within each department during the Stream Lunch
  
• Raft Building – Materials Scav/Store + Wellness Tent
  Saturday, September 6 (evening)
  We are looking for volunteers to help run the Wellness Tent and our scavenger hunt-style game and store for distributing the raft-building materials throughout the evening.

As usual, alumni are also welcome to enjoy the spectacle of the Raft Races on Sunday, September 7 (morning) at the Athletics Pool. The Engineering Alumni Chapter would love to see your faces across these events supporting the next generation of Carleton Engineering and Design students!
