Getting Involved

The Carleton University Alumni Association (CUAA) is the collective of 190,000+ Carleton graduates living and working in Canada and around the world. You automatically become a member of the CUAA when you graduate! Individuals who have completed five full credits but are no longer registered at Carleton may also become members upon request.
The CUAA is governed by an Executive Council made up of alumni volunteers. The Executive Council serves in an advisory capacity to the university, with official representation on Carleton’s Board of Governors and the University Senate.
The CUAA serves as a link between Carleton University and its graduates, helping alumni stay in touch and involved with the university and providing opportunities for events, networking, engagement and giving back.
The CUAA also provides funding for alumni programming and events, like class reunions and Throwback, Carleton’s annual homecoming celebration.
