If you graduated prior to 2013, you can request a Carleton alumni email account (@alumni.carleton.ca). Alumni email accounts are provided through Google’s Gmail application.

Please note: You do not need to request an alumni email address (@alumni.carleton.ca) if you graduated in 2013 or later or have an active student email address (@cmail.carleton.ca).

For Carleton graduates from 2013 to the present, your Cmail address (@cmail.carleton.ca) is yours for life. Your Cmail account helps you retain access to Carleton Central to manage key university services like transcript requests, tax forms and contact information.

Your Cmail account may be deactivated if it is not accessed for a period of more than 90 days. To reactivate your account, or for any other student email related inquiries, please visit the ITS Help Centre or contact the ITS Service Desk.
