What makes you a good mentor?
I am passionate about mentoring because I recognize and appreciate the value that it adds to your personal and professional development. Mentoring provides a platform for individuals to share their goals and ambitions, discuss possible next steps, and develop a plan of action. I believe that mentorship can exist in a multitude of forms and should be tailored to meet the needs of each mentor/mentee relationship. Everyone should have access to somebody that they trust and can relate too. In today's tough job market, every little hint counts.

Passionate about public policy, communications and governance, I am currently Director, Government Affairs, at Molson Coors Beverage Company, based in Vancouver.
I possess a Bachelor in Public Affairs and Policy Management from Carleton University, and a Master in International Public Policy from the Balsillie School of International Affairs, Sir. Wilfrid Laurier University.
I have worked with the Centre for International Governance Innovation, Canadian Blood Services, Global Public Affairs, the Health Care of Ontario Pension Plan, and more.
Outside of work I am an outdoor enthusiast, who tries to escape the city whenever time allows. I take frequent vacations to clear my head. Most of my days are planned around food, exercise and my dog Arlo!
