What makes you a good mentor?

I love to give back to the Carleton Community and help students navigate the transition from academia into their careers. I remember the nervous feeling of university studies coming to an end and was lucky enough to have some great mentors who helped guide me whether I thought I needed it or not. Being able to connect and help students going this transition phase if incredibly rewarding.
