My experience is in marketing and communications, international business, team management and leadership, organization development, change management, organization culture and performance, and leadership coaching. I’ve led global marcom and regional operational marketing teams and business transformation initiatives for the telecoms company Newbridge/Alcatel/Alcatel-Lucent (now Nokia). I currently work as an independent consultant focused on organization development and culture, and am a certified executive coach with clients in several departments of the Public Service.
