What makes you a good mentor?

As someone who has entered the work force fairly recently, I believe I can very much relate to students and recent graduates, specifically on my experiences relating to the transition from university to working as a young professional. I've benefited greatly from the guidance and perspective of mentors in both my personal and professional life, and I look forward to passing on some of that knowledge and insight to others.
