About Andrew Retfalvi
Andrew Retfalvi is a Senior Consultant at Global Public Affairs in Toronto, leading client initiatives in for Global’s Health, Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences practice in Ontario and Atlantic Canada. Andrew’s main role at Global is to provide public affairs counsel and support to many of Canada’s leading research-based pharmaceutical companies seeking market access in Canada.
Andrew works with organizations across the health sector, including companies, patient advocacy groups, and industry associations. This includes developing strategic plans and providing insights to guide drug approval and market access programs, including support during Common Drug Review and pan-Canadian Pharmaceutical Alliance processes.
Andrew also supports a number of Ontario-based clients in the financial, cannabis and non-profit sectors.
Andrew has worked on numerous political campaigns at all levels of government, with involvement ranging from communications and volunteer organization to campaign management. Andrew joined Global after having worked for the Federal Court in Ottawa, where he coordinated immigration litigation matters for members of the judiciary.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Law from Carleton University, and a post-graduate certificate in Public Relations from Humber College.
