What makes you a good mentor?
I feel like it's important to have someone with different experiences to bounce ideas off. I've had various mentors throughout my life in different capacities and despite still having a long way to go, it has helped shaped who and where I am today. I've always found great value in the conversations I've had with different people in and outside of the Engineering community and I'd like to take what I've learned and help someone else reach their potential.
