About Aliya Ladhani

Aliya is an Executive & Leadership Development Coach. She comes from a financial services and tech background and is an experienced product manager, strategist, and team leader. Aliya is passionate about supporting people’s advancement and helping them reach their goals through coaching and mentorship. She advises small tech startups in areas of product development and strategy. Aliya has over 15 years of professional experience in large financial institutions and tech startups, holding leadership roles in product management and business strategy.

Previously, Aliya worked at Goldman Sachs, UBS and at various small Fintech startups in San Francisco and the UK. She has also worked in Kenya with TechnoServe on their Coffee Initiative, a Bill and Melinda Gates funded initiative aimed at helping coffee producers gain access to capital. Aliya holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University, a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA in strategy and entrepreneurship from INSEAD.

Aliya currently runs her own coaching practice, where she coaches clients in career transitions, leadership and personal development. Her work emphasizes confidence building, finding career fulfillment, leadership development, leadership presence, team strengthening and work-life balance.
