What makes you a good mentor?

I am passionate about mentoring because I see it as a great way to develop and grow professionally for both parties. For me, it is a great opportunity to give back to Carleton and share my experience and perspective, while learning about the skills, expertise and challenges facing students as they transition from their academic studies to their careers.
