What makes you a good mentor?

I was mentored many times in my career, and continue to search out people who are smarter and more experienced than me to provide advice and guidance to me personally or at an enterprise level. We never stop learning, and if my experience can benefit someone in their journey I find that very rewarding and I'm happy to pay it forward.
