What makes you a good mentor?
My motto is: Try, fail, improve and pass it along. Mentoring is about sharing experiences to inspire others and help them avoid repeating my mistakes. I have had the opportunity to share my experiences in many domains. I was a Math teacher assistant, Programming tutor and Soccer Coach. I am currently a Mentor with Frontier College, helping grade 1-6 students with their homework.

I am always learning and trying to grow both personally and professionally. I am fortunate enough to meet great mentors that constantly push me and open my eyes to a wide range of possibilities when navigating my career.
