I think it is important to share positive and encouraging energy. Mentor/mentee relationships are dually beneficial and so full of natural connections and synergy. Spreading passion and reaching high (collectively) is a key component in any successful outcome!

About Erica Franken

Erica graduated from Carleton in 2011 and most recently, from Royal Roads University in 2017 with a Masters in Conflict.

Erica has worked and volunteered with non-profit organizations such as: the National Judicial Institute, Harmony House, World University Service Centre, MATCH International, The Glebe Centre and Employment Skills Development Canada.

Currently, she lives in Vancouver and is the Supervisor of Professional Development with CPHR B.C. and Yukon, supporting human resource professionals in all phases of their career through continued learning.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys yoga, hiking, meditation and exploring new coffee shops with a good book.
