What makes you a good mentor?

I believe mentoring is about reciprocal benefits of exchanging perspectives. Fortunately, early in my career I connected with mentors that helped accelerate my learning opportunities and advance my career. In step, I have mentored Carleton student groups since graduation as a way to give back meaningfully and stay connected to the campus.
