What makes you a good mentor?

Engineering is such an exciting profession but barrier like self doubt, imposter syndrome, systemic barriers etc. exist for all - especially women. I was lucky enough to have people in my corner throughout my degree and early in my career and I hope to provide that same support for someone else.
