What makes you a good mentor?

I’m passionate about mentoring because I recognize the immense value of connection, and support. Figuring out our next steps can sometimes be both exciting and overwhelming. By participating in the mentorship program, I hope to act as a possible source of inspiration, insight or support to Carleton students. Each of our career journeys started somewhere, and I’m excited to share my story with mentees and walk alongside them as they build their own.
