Limber up! Flex Your Mentoring Partnership with Resilience & Adaptability Goals Coaching Workshop
Date: Thursday, November 10, 2022
Time: 7:00 pm EST
RSVP for the workshop

In this 1-hour group coaching session, Executive Coach Elizabeth Walker (BA ’86, MA ’89) will challenge assumptions that Resilience & Adaptability are unchangeable character traits and will make the case that they are universal super-skills you can build and refresh at any life stage. She’ll guide us through a set of self-assessment questions to get each of us thinking more deeply about how we’re currently using or under-using those skills. Your insights may surprise you! Polling and chat will allow you the option to share and discover other perspectives. Bridging out of this session, your mentoring partnership is a great platform to set intentions for building these skills. Elizabeth will provide coaching tools to get you started.
