This one-hour virtual presentation features remarks from Chief Advancement & Community Liaison Officer, Department of University Advancement, Jennifer Conley (Alumni Mentor), President, Carleton University Alumni Association, Mat Main (Alumni Mentor) as well as an overview from our program coordinator, Jennifer Gray, of what is in store for the 2020-21 virtual iteration of the program and reflections from returning mentors and mentees.

Alumni Mentors Program – Goal Setting Workshop (Virtual)

This one-our virtual workshop features Executive & Leadership Development Coach, and Alumni Mentor, Aliya Ladhani. Aliya led the mentorship community through a presentation on how to start out setting goals and objectives for the mentorship relationship. We also learned best practices for goal setting, how to set action items, and how to create accountability measures moving forward. We also discuss adopting a mindset of kindness as we create and work towards our goals.
